I have a site with an IP office 500 running 4.10 with IP phones. All outgoing calls go over a PRI and Internal calls are VoiP to our other avaya sites. All internal and inbound calls are fine. But they are reporting an issue with outgoing calls where they can not hear the other party. (The other party can hear them though)
No changes have been made to the system in quite a while. (Though I did reboot the system to troubleshoot it)
I have checked in System Status and see nothing abnormal. I checked the 24 hour history on the PRI Trunk and it is clear of errors.
I am at a loss as to what to check next. Please help!
