IP Office 5.0 install with SIP PaeTec trunk

We have installed a Paetec SIP trunk to IP Office 500. We can make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to digital phone sets but can not make outbound calls from 1616 IP sets. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

also PaeTec is not seeing the outbound number being dialed from the IP sets but is from the digital set.

The 1616 phones have no or a wrong gateway address.

Are you referring to gateway for IP routes? Or is there another location where the gateway is put in for each individual 1616 set?

No, the gateway address the 1616 phones get from DHCP.
