IP Office 412 6.1.12 Randomly Rebooting

I have a IP Office 412 that is at release 6.1.12 that keeps rebooting on its own. It is in a SCN with two other 500's. We were getting a Watchdog error causing reboots when we first went to 6.1.5 but, since the upgrade the reboots are not as frequent and don't have the same error.

Extension 265 lift the handset and gets dialtone, handset 265 is located on expansion module 1 port 8 but i don't think that will cause the reboot. It must be something just before that which is not in the trace unless expansion module 1 is "kaputt".
Try to swap the module with a similar model and see if the error goes with it.
 
I see you have another thread here and my advise is to contact Avaya and let them sort this out.
