IP OFFICE 406 DT

Hi,

I have someone who has an old 406 DT version 3.0 (580)
They have DDi's but I can't manage to get them to divert to external numbers. I have managed to get a hunt group divert to work off switch. Where there any known issues regarding this with this level of software? Or is there something specific I should be doing on what should be a simple thing as setting it in the forwarding tab of the user or via the handset.

If this was an issue is there another way round it?

3.0.580 is one of the best releases out there ;-)

There should be no problem with diverting individual extns to external numbers. simply set the forward unconditional destination correctly & turn it on.
