i have an ip office a customer has asked me to set up. This switch is from a previous site. I have the hardware put together but thats as far as i have gotten. i need to know how to access programming. Do i use the administrative software it came with loaded onto my laptop or can i get into it thru a web browser using the default 192.168.42.1 I am not sure at this point if the ip address has been changed from the previous site.

I would agree you need a Business partner here, also if you have built the kit I would make sure you have used the correct leads to do so. If you have any expansion modules (extra units) plugged into the back of the 403 you need to have used the blue shielded patch lead that came with the system or it will not work properly, you can't just use any patch lead

If you know Mitel then forget it
If a Mitel can do it then an ip office can do it and much more !!!
You need Manager to program it
Mitel is online programming and the ip office is offline programming !
Pull the config,change and send back !
If you don't know it then use the help, it is very good !
