Hello,

Does anyone know where I can download the 3.1.65 firmware files for a 403? We have a 403 that is at 3.0, and I need to get it to 3.2, but the docs indicate that the upgrade path requires 3.1.65 before going to 3.2, but the files are nowhere to be found on the Avaya site.

Alternately; is it possible to just upgrade the 403 firmware directly to 3.2? I don't think it is a big risk with the software apps going from 3.0 to 3.2, but with firmware it might be. I did see a post here that (if I understood correctly) indicated that if you upgraded to 3.0(999), you were at, or almost at, 3.1.65?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Have a look here;

Thanks bas, but I had already read that thread, and it refers to the 406 binaries. The 403 3.1 binaries are nowhere to be found.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Tom, If you know how to use google then it's easy.

if you do a search use the right key words and don't use spaces but use a + instead. It will then seasrch for all the word you've entered.

-use inurl:XXXX to search an url containing XXXX (Like so; )
-you can also use "xxx yyy zzz" then it will search the what's between the " in exact order.
- use - instead of + to remove a key word in the search

There are a lot of other thing but these are the ones I use most.
