Hello, new to this forum so if I am not clear just let me know.

Anyway we just upgraded our IP Office and it seems a few things have changed. The main issue is the coverage option. Before it had it's own tab and you were able to tell each user who would be covering them. Now you have to use the digitaltelphony and it is an apperance function.

I set this up and it does not even seem to work as it use to. When one of the users phones rings, it does not get covered by the manager until the third ring, and it also does not show the number of the person calling on the manager's phone manager it only shows the user that the call is coming from.

I then tried the 'follow me' function but this seemed to work like the 'forward unconditional'. The users were not recieving any of their calls and the managers phone was ringing off the hook.

Any ideas, am I missing something or is there a way around this.

Thanks in advance

Cambece,

For the coverage after you give them a coverage button you must go to the Telephony tab and select individual coverage time. default is 10 secs.

Thanks IPhello that worked.

Now does anyone have any idea how to make the call show up on the managers phone manager. His phone does displays the user the call is going to, but does not show the number that is calling. His phone manager remains blank the entire time.

Thanks for any advise/help
