IP Office 3.0 (579)

Be nice to me... I've only been dealing with IP Office 500 v1 and above, so the earliers software I've used is version 6.0

Now were looking at a IP Office 403 with version 3.0 (579), on site all is fine and good.

But trying to get in remotely.....

I've got the right version of manager.
I've got the Dial Up connected using remote manager over ISDN.
I've NOT got manager to find the IPO.

Please help. I'm sure its something so simple!

Can you see it in the upgrade window? Can you ping it ?

Sorted.

Not got the IP address of the system added in Preference.

Now able to connect.

Told you it would be simple.

The broadcast should pick it up....even if you're in the .99 range, oh well at least it's sorted

Broadcasts just dont seem to work.
Any 192.168.99.115ish addresses I added didnt work.
Adding the LAN IP address and it jumped into life.

Odd, but at least it works.
