ip office 2.1 (27) upgrade

I am a untrained rookie on ip office, my question is i am about to upgrade a 2.1(27) ip 401 NG system, i read tech bullitin 36, and 71 and none said anything about a ip 401 system. would the upgrade follow the 403 guide? and also i dont see a bin file for a 401 system in my current office suite manager 5.2(54). what you all think.

Is it a 401 or a Small Office Edition, I think IP401 support was removed in 3.2.

The IP401 isn't supported past 2.1

i think he is just referring to the bin file name for the SOE which is ip401ng.bin

it follows a base upgrade path. It doesn't have any .999 releases that I am aware of.

If it is a Small Office Edition then upgrade is ok unless it is a DT system. Don't forget to take it 3.1(65) if going to 3.2

IP 401 can't go past 2.1
