Can I disable a transfer button on ip office 1616 phone
I have a cust with call center and they do not want them to do a blind transfer to another office on SCN they want them to do a conference

Present the agents that ignore the instruction with a P54 or Superglue the buttons

Seriously this is an issue for the Call Centre Manager/HR Dept it is not possible to disable this functionality in programming.






Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Give that person 1 appearance button! I would never do it but that would stop him from transferring calls... or doing much else

With only one appearance you will also not able to start a conference as needed. With a second appearance they will probably be able to transfer from their computer...

Yup I said he couldn't do much else and that would include conferencing. Like I said it is a ridiculous request so it got a ridiculous answer. Sorry, sometimes sarcasm is hard to express through typing.
