IP Office 11.1.2.2 - Voicemail Pro General (F9) not opening.

Hello,

Ever since upgrading our clients to 11.1.2.2, we are unable to open the General settings (F9) in Voicemail Pro. Has anyone else come across this issue? It seems common and widespread, some of my other coworkers have tried it out too and have come to the same conclusion. Surprised to not see any posts about this.
 
I haven’t used 11.1 versions
But have you tried accessing the voicemail pro from the web manager page.

You may be able to change the general settings there

This worked on 11.0 for me on server editions
 
I had this issue and was related to the password and had to delete the userlist.dat files
 
I haven't tried it out yet but I'll let you know if that works John.
