I have searched the Avaya library and support sites but no luck in finding a link to the installation and programming of the embedded voice mail for the new IP office Partner Edition...I have found all of the documentation for the Partner edition as far as the system is concerned, but nothing about the embedded voice mail...All of the embedded Voice Mail instructions found so far has a note attached that says
" not for use in the IP Office Partner edition "
Anyone out there that can point me to a link so I can learn how to set up the Embedded Voice mail...Especially need info on Voice Mail to email setup instructions.
Thanks

Tlpeter..Thanks for your help but for some reason I cannot register with Avaya no matter how I try to set up my user name, password or register etc on the link you suggested...Do you know of another link that would get me to a site for instructions on how to set up the IPO Partner edition embedded voice mail..As I posted, I'm mainly concerned about voice mail to email setup.
I may purchase the product but before I do I would like to know more about the programming.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

For the vmail to email settings:
On the main page, go to: View / uncheck “Hide Admin Tasks” / User Setup / Advanced Settings / User Selection: select an ext.
On that page:
"Voicemail Email" = enter email address
"Voicemail Email" radio buttons = choose copy/forward/alert

Click the help button on each page for the documentation. It is minimal at best, but that is all there is at this point.

The help button has always been very good on the ipo so hopefully it is just as good for the partner edition.

There will be more new stuff in coming releases.
Avaya is aware that there is need for more functionality and there will be more functionality.
