Is there such a thing as an IP module for an avaya partner ACS?

for what? The only thing that is IP on a partner is the LAN port on the partner messaging. there are external devices like multitech that can be connected. i guess it depends on what you are looking for.

well, multitech does make something where you can extend analog station ports through IP:

The last I heard, the Partner ACS is scheduled to go off the market in 2010.

If that is still true, it is unlikely that Avaya will introduce new modules or make any substantial changes to the system.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
