IP Media Stream Error-Message

hi guys,

I’ve a little problem with a CCM-installation. There is the following error message in the systemlog:

Error: MohNoMoreResourcesAvailable - No more MOH resources available.
App ID: Cisco CallManager
Cluster ID: CCMCL3
Node ID: CCM Publisher
Explanation: MOH resource is not available.
Recommended Action: Install additional MOH resources..
------------------------------------------------

We have checked the MoH Resources and there are enough available. We have trace the IP Mediastream App ( Level detailed) and there ‘s the output:

The Customer said, he haven’t a problem with MoH.

Have anyone an idea, what this message means?

What version of CCM are you attempting to install?...I've seen this error back on the 3.3 installations I did, but only if I had IP Voice Media Streaming App running on the publisher.

Cisco recommends you do not run the IP Voice Media Streaming App on the publisher server (it looks like you have it running)...

the ccm-version is 4.0(2).
I check if the IP Voice Media Streaming App ist running on the Publisher, but the stream is a multicast-stream. I stream the file from the gateway at the remote site and not from the CCM over the WAN-Network.
