I was wondering if you guys had an idea of how to do what I was thinking. Is it possible to click on a site and have the IP addresses that are to be logged selected from a database of IP's so that it looks like it is that specific IP address that came in. I know most people are thinking of using a proxy server but the problem is that the proxy is what is logged and that doesn't solve my problem.

A good example is hotbot.com that logs the IP address through the url and so you can give it any IP address and they will not know who was using the page. Here is the code.

I use that kind of URL to submit to their site and they do not know which IP is submitting.

Can someone give me any suggestions?
