Hi , I wonder if someone could help me with this ? I am unfamiliar with the above system . My customer has 3 existing CO lines ,and wishes to add a 4th line . Looking at the system , it looks like there was a 4th line at one time , but its no longer there ,although the patch cord for lines 3 & 4 is obviously there . Any advise on the programing to get a 4th line working , and also the incoming ringing sequence would be appreciated / thanks David Welsh .

i take it these are analog lines ?. the incoming sequence will be set by BT not the system . are these multiline pstn's?

do you have ip access to the system or are you doing everything through the key set ?

Hi Martin , thanx for getting in touch . The lines are analogue .They have 3 existing lines ,and are adding a 4th ( auxilliary working ie all the same number ) I don't have ip access ,so need to prog via the keyset . What I require is ; how to prog the system to accept a 4th line / how to prog an incoming ring .
As I haven't been onsite for a week or so , I'm afraid I don't know the existing i/c ring sequence ( sorry ) But , I think all xtns ring with an incoming call .
thanks

Do you know the programming for any of the LDK or IPLDK ranges??
