IP LDK-20 NETWORK ERROR

When we connect our IP LDK-20 to the network to program it is not recognised and seems to upset the rest of the network

when we look up in the dhcp list it is not present

cables ok and blink when connected

The ipLDK 20 will need to be give a static ip address.
This is done in PGM 108
Flex Key 2 is the Server IP Address, address of ipLDK 20
Flex Key 4 is the Gateway and
Flex Key 5 is the Subnet Mask

You must reset the system after these programing steps for the changes to take effect..

Thank you we have done that still not showing though

Do we need to reset the system afterwards ?

do you know what system reset by software is on the same screen ?

it's just that it is not showing up on our dhcp lists

You may find that because your DHCP server did not issue the IP Address, it will not show it.

To reset by system software is PGM 450 Flex Key 15..
