I cannot get my IP KIM to come up. It flashes when it is first plugged in, but when I go to assign it to a phone, I get and error stating that this device is not valid for CAP/KIM. Anyone?

Magna meant what version of software are you running on your BCM system?

Minimum BCM 4.0 to support KIM for the IP Phone 2002/2004. Expansion Module for IP Phone 11xx is not yet supported.

So rls 4.0 for the BCM400 and 2.0 for the BCM50 ? Are there any IP KIMs supported for BCM3.6 or 3.7

From BCM 4.0/2.0 Handbook:
Support for new IP sets – Addition of support for IP Key Expansion Module (IP KEM), IP conferencing unit
2033, and the IP Phone 1120E and IP Phone 1140E.

Thank you, plugged it into a BCM4.0 and it worked like a champ.

DoesBCM 4.0 support add on modules to the 1120E sets
