I programmed an IP Gateway card on a test system for one of our clients, with their IP scheme. Now I have lost what IP address I gave it because I don'tknow which client I was setting it up for. So, when I connect to it with a cross connect LAN cable, I don't know what IP to enter and cannot get in.

Is there a way to clear the settings or restore them to default on this card?

If I can clarify further let me know....any help is appreciated.

So do you have an answer, or just commentary?

I was told on a different forum to put put the card out of service and do a software reset through the maintanence console and that would restore the defaults. I'll try that and if you want let you know if it works.

Thanks Richard.

what does panasonic tech support say?

Before calling them I wanted to see if anyone had an idea to try first. I like the forums because I can try ideas when I have time. I'm not usually at liberty to sit in the office and wait/talk with tech support.

Thanks again Richard
