Assuming by MXe Server you are talking about the MCD (Mitel Communications Director) then the answer is yes and no.
Yes the MCD can handle the call as a relay point as long as the appropriate DSP's and options are installed/configured.
No the MCD cannot be an end point as it does not support analog devices.
