IP Dect, prelicense base station

Hi
Have a situation where I have 2 licensed base stations (partcode 700378995) and would like to add a third base that is prelicensed (partcode 700436579).
We can not make the third base work.
In Dectnet Monitor it is greyed out and we are using 1.1.11 on the Dect and 4.1.12 on the IPO.

Has anyone else tried the pre licensed bases ?

Problably your dect licence contains not more than 2 base stations. Probably you have to upgrade your dect license from 2 to 3 and then it will work oke.

thnx for your reply. I found out today that they had received a Base for the US instead of Emea.

I thought that I maybe had missed some settings with the new prelicensed bases that was introduced in IP Dect sw 1.1.9, but hopefully the third base will be accepted after we have received the correct one for Europe.
