IP-DECT Base Station

WE ARE TRYING TO CONFIGURE NEW IP-DECT Base Station IPBS432, did the following commands:
C:\ nbtstat -R
C:\ nbtstat -a ipbs-15-F4-1C

I got the ip address 10.172.144.59

I entered

http://10.172.144.59

but always I get error message, no access

our Network is with a DHCP Server
we are using IE 11
