Hello there,

How can I enable features in 3755? When I receive a call, I press (More) and the only features I get ( Microphone off, Contacts and Messaging). I compare with another cordless model 3745 and I have all the features ( Call Park...).
Do I have to use WinPDM (Windows Portable Device Manager) to add this features?
Thanks in Advance.
Moe.

May also depend on what version of IP Office you are using. I just looked at the template files in R12.0 and they include templates with IP Office features for the 3755/3759. Those new phones may work with earlier releases but may not have template for settings.

Look at the contents of the DECTR4.zip file that came with the IP Office admin suite installer for your systems release. See if the Handsets folder includes IP Office 3755_v0.1.tpl and IP Office 3759_v0.1.tpl files. If not, try using the ones from a later release if you don't want to upgrade the IP Office,

Thanks a lot sizbut.

I upgrade my Avaya IPO 500V2 to latest release 12. Under IPDECT folder I saw the Template for 3755. I enable provisioning to register my cordless sets at my lab. I have two 3755's and one 3735. Just 3735 pull the features. Do I need the DP1 Desktop Programmer to install the features in 3755?
Thanks in advance.
Moe

If Avaya haven't done whatever is necessary to make 3755/3759 the features work automatically through provisioning, then yes - you need either an charger that can be used for phone programming or an AIWS.
