IP DECT 3711 park issue

I currently have an IP DECT setup with two RFP32's and 2 3711 handsets, I am currently trying to subscribe the phone to the dect and put in the IPEI in the dect webpage I select the allow subscriptions option and I enter the park code in the phone. The phone is currently saying please wait for like 20 minutes and never actually does anything. anyone have any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

try to set time on 3711 handsets when switch them on ...
then subscribe them ...
hope it will work ...

Just turn the dect off and on then it will register
i had this problem too only on the ipoffice
