Ip console Rad greeting, 2nd greeting

I have a 3300 MCD V6.0 with an ip console. Following another thread post on this site I have set up a rad greeting to play when the console is dealing with a call. The way it works now the caller hear the rad greeting the MOH until the console answers the call. I would like to add a 2nd rad greeting after 30 seconds telling the caller that the office is still having heavy call load. All I can manage is to get the 2nd greeting to play right after the first then MOH. Not sure which timer setting I can change to make this happen. I have the call rerouting 1st alternative going to the rad port and not the hunt group.

Not personally tried this myself
You could try 2nd alternative to the 2nd RAD and set the Call Rerouting Timer longer in the system options form, however this timer will affect all users who have 2nd alternative enabled.
Other than that you either require 'more bums on seats' to answer operator calls or an ACD system to queue the calls.

As Supernova says for the most part.

There is a COS option that also controls 2nd alt that will be specific to users with that COS (name escapes me at the moment)

I also have never tried (nor would I). I would definitely be asking where the priorities are, talking to customers or leaving them on hold?

The option is 'ANSWER PLUS System Reroute Timer' set this to the time when you want the 2nd RAD message to play up to 720 secs

I thought I read in the manual that if you put a second alternative in it occurs immediately after the rad finishes without have a timer to control it.
 
Thanks i did try it and now it plays the 2nd alt first then the first alt right after it. I agree with Kwb that we need to think about ways to answer their calls
