Ip console going into night service

I have a 3300 MXe software load 11.0.2.66 with an 5540 ip console. For the last week every morning at 3:00 it goes into night service. Going through the logs I see it loses contact with the Icp for a brief time goes out of service then contact is reestablished which puts it into night service. I increased the Link maintenance heartbeat Rx Link failure time out from 300 to 600 with the hope that the console would stay up even when it loses contact but no luck. Any thoughts would be appreciated also attached some logs

More than likely the sleep settings on the PC, check the NIC for power saving options
 
Is a PC plugged into the Ethernet port on the 5540 IP console?
