In the media server there was no restarts but in the log all devices lost IP connectivity. what could be the problem? how do we diagnose and resolve?

cm ver 3.x and s8720.

Check with your network folks, there may have been LAN or WAN issues on switches and/or routers..

could be your IPSIs lost connectivity. What firmware are you running. I have that issue recently.Cabinet just reset.

You should connect to your IPSI's, and make sure "autonegotiation' is disabled, and I usually hard set the IPSI's and ethernet ports to 100MB/Full for the highest reliability.
