Can anyone recommend a working solution for an IP Conference Phone that will work with on 8500 CM 3.0.0.

i'm using a 4690 in one of my conference rooms.

However the current system i'm working on set type only goes up to 4630 (g3v13 3.0.1 - CM 3.0.0 - R013x.00.1.346.0).

What set type do you have yours configured as?
