IP Communicator-Inconsistent time

The desk phone and IP communicator share the same extension and the devie settings are exact.They belong to the same DP and the same DTG. Yet their times are different. Does anyone have a clue why this is so. IP comm version 2.0 Cm version 5.1. Thanks

check the time on the pc. IP communicator pulls the time from the computer it is installed on.

The time on the PC is consistent with the time of the desk phone, but the time of soft phone is not.The soft phone is off by 8hrs from the PC time.

thats a new one. I changed the time on the pc and it changes the ip communicator.

yes pc is the right time zone and so is the desk phone. same DP pointing to same DTG which reflect hte correct time!
