Hello,
Installed IP Office system last night R8, went great and all is up and running. Made a change to IP settings this AM - Added the router port IP to the transp. IP addr on LAN1 and enabled NAT so the voice VLAN can talk to the data VLAN. Now I can ping the IP500 V2 LAN port but can't access it via the Manager, any ideas??

Connect to the second LAN port :)

2nd LAN port or "WAN" is set to DHCP Client, how can I get a active connection?

Plug into it and set your computer to 192.168.43.2/24 assuming you left the LAN2 at the default IP.

ACA
ACS
CompTIA Convergence+
CCNA
CCVP
I'm also ShoreTel certified :(

If it is connected to a LAN then just put yourself in the same range, if not it will have defaulted to 192.168.43.1 so make yourself 192.168.43.2 and connect directly :)

Awesome guys, thanks. What I get for staying up all night, the IP config on this thing is challenging....

Challenging? It's really easy, just needs an address and a route, no need for trans address or anything like that unless you are doing something really funky :)

I'm probably making it too difficult, been programming ASA's all week, need to hit reset.

Manager and the IPO will discover across different subnets (layer 2 I guess)

you should be able to "see" the IPO regardless of its IP if its plugged into the network.

You simply cant connect to it, but at least you can find it!
