We need guidance on changing our IP Office 500 v2 CU IP address settings.
We currently have CU1-Primary and CU2-Secondary at our East Campus and CU3 at our West Campus. CU1 and CU 2 are connected to an ADTRAN Netvana 1234 that links their Voice Mail Pro server 10.0.0.5 and also connects to another ADTRAN Netvanta 3448 that connects via 10M circuit thru Century Link to the West Campus ADTRAN 3448 which connects to CU3 and their Voice Mail Pro server 10.0.0.8 The IP addressing CU1 is 10.0.0.6 - CU2 is 10.0.0.7 - CU3 is 10.0.0.9 the new addressing will be.
East Campus West Campus
CU1 - 10.78.36.3 CU3 - 10.78.220.3
CU2- 10.78.36.4 Voice Mail Pro 10.78.220.2
Voice Mail Pro 10.78.36.2
The ADTRAN's will be removed and all traffic between the sites will be connected to the customer's data switches and routers via 100M Circuit connecting East and West Campuses

Our main goal is to minimize the downtime as this is a Hospital project.
Our question is the best way to make the network changes. Like, change CU1 and CU2 then CU3?
