Good day, I am doing Cisco Packet Tracer exercises. I have a set of 4 routers, each with 2 lots of hosts attached. My IP Address to begin with is like 172.44.0.0/16 Router one has 2 PC attached, and the first one represents 1 of 200 hosts. The second 100 hosts. Router 2 has one set of 100 and one of 60. Router 3 has 60 and 30, also represented by a PC each in packet tracer. The last Router 14 and 14.
I want to ask about IP addresses, for each host group there is a first such as 172.44.0.1 and a broadcast such as 172.44.0.255. Which gives the subnet mask? What is it?
I have to use VLSM for the IP Addresses.
The task requires EIGRP. How often do I need to use the IP Address and only one or also 172.44.2.223?
How does the input programming go? router eigrp 20 network 172.44.0.0?
Please help me.
