We had a power outage and had to revert to our backup connection to run the SIP lines over. Our provider changed the IP address it was registering for routing incoming calls and had to update it in LAN2 to the different Public IP. When we've restored and switched back to the main connection, we're finding a lot of 603 decline errors and Call rejected when dialling out. They do go through but takes 2-3 attempts. We've reversed everything to the way it was before on IPO. Where does the fault lie? It's suggested it's a PBX issue
