IP 500V2 9.0 SIP Trunk forwarding

Hello Gurus!
I have a realestate customer that has no auto attendant no voicemail just an answering service they forward to when there out if the office currently with a regular POTs Line.
They want to go SIP trunk route with the Avaya IP office 500v2 9.0 but is there a way to forward there SIP incoming calls manually.
I might have a brain fart here but is it thru the incoming call route? do I just enter the number at the destination input?

The way I do it:

Twinning of a phantom extension with a button to enable it.

A time profile to change the ICR to the phantom extension will work too.
