IP 500 V2 welcome message 4

Hello,
I am running IP 500 V2 operated by Office manager 10.1 where I have running auto attendand for incomming calls - it plays welcome message, than waits for key selection and transfering call to the destinations. Works like a charm.
But I want to remove key selection, just play welcome message and transfer call to single destination. I have no idea how to do that.
When I leave action of AA blank apparently notning happen. Only one action still requires pressing key.
I feel like I am standing in front of door and cannot find handle (which is obviously there)
Can you please advice me where the "handle" is?

If you don’t want to do to much programming use the Timer in Menu.
Assuming you have removed the options the timer is the default option if nothing is pressed.
Set time to 1 ,use a transfer action to your extn.

Or
Remove the menu module and replace with a generic action to record you greeting.
Use a Transfer Action to go to your extn

You don't state if you have Voicemail Pro, or are using the Embedded Voice Mail. But it sure sounds like Embedded.

On the Incoming Call Route, put the Auto Attendant as the destination, and that single destination (extension or hunt group) as the Fallback Extension. Set the inactivity timer to 1 second. The call will be answered by the AA, play the greeting, and then transfer to the predetermined destinaton.

I did the exact same thing yesterday for a customer who required a forced announcement before the call entered the Hunt Group queue; it works great!
