IP 500 V2 11.1.0.1.0 build 95 SIP TRUNK issue

Hello Team,
There is a issue on a new install of an IPO IP 500 V2 11.1.0.1.0 build 95 on the SIP trunk to VOIP provider.
the issue is when dialling out the system sends on the 4 first digits of the dialled string.
Any recommendations?

Good place to start would be the ARS table and your shortcode list. Maybe if you post a screenshot of the relevant ARS table and the shortcode list? Sysmon logs would help too showing an outbound call...

i fixed it with the help of a good friend, the issue was ARS programming.
