IP 500 Question

I have an IP 500 running 4.0.7 with VM pro running on Server 2003 R2 SP2. If i try to make any changes from Manager on the VM computer and merge or reboot it corrupts and looses 90% of the config and all phones drop completly. I can make changes from my laptop running XP Pro no problems. I have completly removed Manager and reinstalled on VM and still same issue. Any help would be great.

Start with a trace made with monitor, this can be very usefull in finding the problem.
I cannot believe the PC with Windows 2003R2 SP2 is the problem but officially Windows 2003R2 is not yet supported on the IP Office platform.

Make sure you are using the right manager version for that core software version.
