I'm working with an IP 500 V2, but I have a problem with inbound calls, because when someone calls my office number, the call does not give dial tone, but my phone desktop rings normally, and I can answer.

someone can help me. Thanks

I mean, if you call me, you don't listen some tone (the dial tone), you can wait for 2 minutes without any sound, but my phone ring until hang the phone.

SIP Trunks.

With SIP trunks the ringing doesn't come from the destination system, so it's not your IP Office at fault :)

Same with a PRI - the telco provider can play the ringback for the caller, or they can ask the customer's phone system to do it. But since the IP Office can't, they have to be sure to set up ringback in their central office switch. It's a small checkbox that they always forget to check.
