IP 500 and spectra link

Customer has an IPO 500 running 4.2.14 software with wireless spectra link phones. All is well except the labels are not passing through to the wireless handsets. I can see the action data that's assigned button but what we labeled the buttons won't show up.

Any suggestions?

What is the handset type? I think that's the way those type of handsets work though :)
