Hi,

I have 4610 IP Phones (built in the switch as 4620's) where when you go to the call log to return calls from internal 4 digit extensions, it is putting a "9" before the extension and of course the call fails.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks!

Toni

In the 46xxsettings file the default for extension length is set to 5. Ammend the following entry in this file amnd reboot your phones.

SET PHNDPLENGTH 4
