IP 406(4.2(4)) with 5610SW 1

I have an IPoffice 406 and I’m using 5610SW Ip phones along with digital Handsets they work fine when I dial phone#'s but if I dial 5610 to 5610 using the extensions it rings but we can’t hear each other but 5610sw ip to digital handset works fine using ext.

Any Ideas

Untick "allow direct media path" in each of the extn's then re-test, if that works there is a routing issue with handset trying to talk directly to each other, by unticking that box you force all calls through the system

That did it I kind of thought it was a problem with routing because I can talk fine with the home office but all the satellite offices using the ip phone couldn't talk to each other.
