IP 403 POTS line

Hey,

I'm having trouble getting the POTS ports to work on our IP 403 system. When I hook a phone up to either of the two ports, I get a dial tone and I can see that IP Office sees that the line is being used by looking at the Call Status program, but when I dial nothing happens. I tried using two different phones. Also, in the Call Status program it doesn't show the numbers that are dialed like it does with the IP and digital phones. I'm not sure if it's supposed to show that or not since we've never used the POTS lines.
Any ideas?
 
What is the name of the user you see in Call Status if you lift the handset of the analog phone?
 
no user is call barred by default

create a user that matches the base extn of the alog port
