IP 1100 ID PSWD 1

This last week there was a thread about getting ID and PSWD on the 1120 or 40 this is when you go into program the settings on the set. You can't because of this ID stuff. Anybody else have this and what did you do to get by it?

By default there is a password programmed, you have to go into.

IP Telephony
IP Terminals
Nortel IP Terminals
Click general Tab
Registration (ON)
Remove the Password

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

before you can register a set you need to set up the system info such as IP, ports ect to do this you need to use the ID 26567*738 once you have set up the phone and are connected to either S1 or S2 then you will use the registration pw listed above.
