IOS Upgrade?

Is there any new IOS or any need of IOS upgrade for Cisco
3640 Voice router (current version: 12.2) and Catalyst
3524 XL (Current Ver: 12.0)?

Its not needed, but there is a new IOS available. We're up to 12.3
