Problem is that router says image wont fit in flash
Image is: c2600-jsx-mz.122-8.T.bin

Flash: 8,388,608 bytes total
ImageSize: 7,405,568 Bytes
Diffrence: 983,040 Bytes

Why does the router say it doesnt fit?
Via TFTP if that makes a diffrence

Im erasing the Flash before I try the transfer.
Right now this is what is in it:

Directory of flash:/

1 -rw- 4749428 <no date> c2600-i-mz.121-3.T.bin

8388608 bytes total (3639116 bytes free)

And if you add the bytes free + the bytes used you get the total again. So when its erased it should be 8388544 bytes free.

You will need to erase the flash first as you stated.

You can compress your flash. Packetattack has a software at their side to compress images.
