IOS command for blocking a port

Possibly a stupid, newbie question :-}

What IOS command will explicitly deny any traffic inbound and outbound to port number, say 8898 (I think of this as the Sobig.F virus is using this port)? Or is it by default, so I don;t have to do anything?

Port 8898 is not used by the virus, to my knowledge.
