IOD360 CPISR: at 11C SSC

Hey Guys!

Need some help from all

Has any one experinced a problem with an SSC of option 11C such as this;

IOD360 CPISR: Failed to service IO interrupt for Cabinet 0 for 129 times
Interrupt is masked
===========================================================

The SSC is NTDK20JA and cannot notice any addition (IPEs)to the Switch & cannot perform ENLC/DISC.

Not sure of how to tackle this problem.

Any help is welcomed.

You have a faulty card according to the error message in that cabinet

Yes I'm aware that there is a fault on the card.

There anything I can do so that the IO interrupt can be serviced?

You could try an INI.

on the SSC card, push the button marked INI..... that'll do it

I have done manual initialization (Man Int - NTDK20JA Rlse 01)b4 now.
For the benefit of doubts, I've done it again, this time the SSC at expansion cabinet 3. This is what was noticed;

I believe something can be done as that IO interrup can be serviced

Hey Guys,

Any help on this?

I really want to know if there is any sort command to clear the error,

"IOD360 CPISR: Failed to service IO interrupt for Cabinet 0"

since and I can log into the system and issue any command.

All contributions are appreciated.
