invitation automatically accepted

Hi,

We're using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000 for our e-mail system and having a dilemma. Every time, a user sends a meeting request to other users, the invitation is accepted automatically, put in the recipients' calendar and confirmed with the sender without ever being read. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hi,

in outlook under tools options - calendar options - resource scheduling button - there is the option to automatically accept and process meeting requests. Make sure that is unticked.
