We're using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000 for our e-mail system and having a dilemma. Every time, a user sends a meeting request to other users, the invitation is accepted automatically, put in the recipients' calendar and confirmed with the sender without ever being read. Any suggestion is appreciated.
