I have a Crystal report that fails when run in Tokyo, but is ok when I run it in Hong Kong. The error I get is POrdersInvoices is not a valid index.

When I look at the indices for the table this index can not be seen. Using documenter I checked the table and the index is mentioned.

Why can I not see the index in Access

Are you looking for the index just by looking at the table in design mode, or by looking under View/Index? If you don't see it in either place perhaps your table object is corrupt. You could try exporting and re-importing it into the database, or building a new index with the same name.

I agree,

The name of the index in the View/Index area of the table design mode is set by the user, and sounds like a primary index composed of the PO# and Invoice #.
Good luck

Thanks for the information. I will check this out next year
